DNS Luanda has reported this fault:

When the teacher goes to "plan & point" to correct the student task, the tasks looks like it is encrypted.
The tasks itself is not encrypted but only the students test.

The school is running SDBv5a4

See attached picture how it looks like

Resolved:
The problems happens when a student resolve a task in version SDBv5 or later and then tries to open it in version SDBv4. The reason is that in SDBv5 and later the test are compressed, so if you open it in version SDBv4 the program can not read the compressed files.

At Luanda the strange thing was that when opening the SDB it did say it was using version SDBv5a4 and not SDBv4.
With some more investigation it seemslike SDBv5 was installed ontop of SDBv4 BUT SDBv4 was not removed 100% and therefore the version is a mix of SDBv4 and SDBv5.

What we did was the following:
1. Control Panel -> Add Remove program. Uninstall SDB (it did say version SDBv4nc2 was installed)
2. Open folder C:\program files(86)\SDBv and remove ALL files accept the folder IMPEX
3. Download the newest version of SDBv from this Forum
4. Download the manual "how to install SDB on Terminal Server". It will also tell you how to update
to a newer version. Please follow all steps.
5. Restart SDB and the problem was resolved
